In 1997, in Redmond, USA, after completing all the necessary formalities, Mr. F. Deniz Sar's historic concepts of Cultural Genetics™ and Corporate Genetics™, as well as Mr. Deniz Sar's  revolutionary technologies based on these ground-breaking innovations, about to be presented to the world as Mr. Deniz Sar's phenomenal General Theories of Cultural Genetics™ and Corporate Genetics™ and their multi-billion dollar applications.

Particularly, on June 10th, 1999 at 2:28 pm pacific time, the above shown mail was sent from Mr. Deniz Sar's Seattle based unit Alpha Cybersoft, Corporate Genetics™, USA to several Houston, Texas companies for information, introduction and marketing purposes, using Mr. Deniz Sar's own mail account of Alpha Cybersoft at that point of time.

Following these historic mail broadcasts sent out by Mr. Deniz Sar's Seattle based unit Alpha Cybersoft, Corporate Genetics™, USA at a central downtown high rise location on Pine Street, Seattle, USA, some highly strange and even obscure series of evidently orchestrated incidents started to take place.

Following these historic mail broadcasts sent out by Mr. Deniz Sar's Seattle based unit Alpha Cybersoft, Corporate Genetics™, USA, Mr. Deniz Sar's business and private locations were orchestratedly and repeatedly harassed by known and unknown parties in Seattle and around the world and these obscure patterns of harassment, as well as some other lowly efforts of unjust humiliation continued since then, accompanied by some very serious continued incidences of criminal copyright infringements and trademark violations. 

Evidences to these claims are not only globally visible in the present cyberworld, but also safeguarded in our secure locations at several diffent places in the globe. Several domestic and international complaints have been launched since then, against the known and assumed elements of these criminal acts of harassment, copyright infringement and trademark violation, severely disrupting our business ventures, with a financial impact of hundreds of millions of dollars in factual and opportunity costs, damaging our lives, beliefs, ideals and business.
